Ursa’s Approach

Advanced skincare, approached with intention.

I believe great skincare starts with understanding the skin—not simply treating the symptom in front of you.

My approach to esthetics is rooted in professional Korean skincare, advanced treatment technology, and a deep respect for the skin barrier. Korean skincare has long been recognized for its thoughtful formulations, innovation, and emphasis on maintaining healthy, resilient skin. I bring that philosophy together with modern professional technology to create treatments that are both results-driven and mindful of the skin’s individual needs.

As a licensed esthetician, I take a highly personalized approach to every treatment. Your skin is not the same every time you walk through my door, so I don’t believe in following the exact same facial protocol from one appointment to the next. I consider your skin’s condition, sensitivity, concerns, lifestyle, and long-term goals when determining the best approach for your treatment.

Advanced doesn’t have to mean aggressive.

One of the things I value most about my approach is being able to work with skin that needs a thoughtful touch—including sensitive, reactive, or easily overwhelmed skin.

I believe that creating healthy skin is a process of finding balance. Sometimes the skin needs advanced exfoliation or resurfacing. Other times it needs calming, hydration, barrier support, or simply a chance to recover.

My goal is never to do more just because I can. It is to choose what your skin actually needs.

I combine professional Korean skincare with advanced modalities such as LED light therapy, nano infusion, electroporation, radiofrequency, microcurrent, cryotherapy, oxygen infusion, and other specialized techniques when appropriate.

The technology is simply part of my professional toolkit. The real treatment is the personalized decision-making behind it.

Skin health for the long term.

I am less interested in chasing quick fixes and more interested in helping you build skin that remains healthy, balanced, hydrated, and resilient over time.

That also means keeping home care simple.

You don’t need a bathroom full of products to have healthy skin. I focus on helping you understand what your skin actually needs and creating straightforward home-care routines that are realistic enough to maintain.

A lifelong learner.

I have spent more than two decades working in massage therapy and bodywork, an experience that has deeply shaped the way I practice esthetics today. I believe touch, presence, and relaxation are an important part of feeling cared for—not something that has to be separate from results-driven skincare.

My professional education has continued to evolve throughout my career. I have pursued advanced training in professional Korean skincare modalities and treatments and have received specialized certifications for select advanced treatment techniques. My education also includes oncology skincare, prenatal massage, hot stone therapy, aromatherapy, massage therapy, and reflexology.

I am a member of Associated Skincare Professionals and Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, and I remain committed to continuing my education as skincare, technology, and professional treatment approaches continue to evolve.

A different kind of skin treatment experience.

Essential Rose is intentionally personal.

As a solo practitioner, I am the person who meets with you, evaluates your skin, performs your treatment, and helps guide you toward what makes sense for you next.

There is no conveyor-belt approach and no pressure to purchase a complicated routine.

Just thoughtful professional skincare, advanced treatment options, genuine personal attention, and a commitment to helping you achieve healthier, more radiant skin.

My philosophy is simple:

Treat the skin with respect.
Use advanced technology with intention.
Keep things simple.
Think long-term.
